The National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association (NRRDA) is pleased to announce a series of four free, members-only webinars over the next four months, designed to further members’ education and knowledge with information specific to the retail and restaurant defense industry.

The first, titled “Immigration Law for the Retail and Restaurant Industries,” will be held on Wednesday, July 25, from 1–2 p.m. CST. It is sponsored by Bill Gyves of Epstein Becker Green and presented by firm partners Robert Groban and Pierre Georges Bonnefil.

Conference guests will gain insight as the presenters discuss how a recent U.S. Supreme Court immigration decision, as well as other developments, have impacted the retail and restaurant industries and the practical approaches NRRDA members can take to help ensure compliance.

“NRRDA’s mission is to advance and protect the interests of the retail and restaurant industries,” says NRRDA President Brian A. Cafritz. “We are very pleased to present a variety of top-notch speakers during our NRRDA webinar series, each of whom will contribute insight and unmatched expertise to further our members’ professional success.”

Upcoming webinar topics will cover issues related to Employment Practices, Worker’s Compensation Cost Reduction, and General Liability. NRRDA members interested in attending the free July 25 webinar can log into the website at www.NRRDA.org to sign up. A detailed email will be sent with instructions for accessing the webinar.
