Chefs from the fast casual, casual dining, college & universities and retail sectors are encouraged to apply for an official partnership with the Norwegian Seafood Council.
WHAT: Up to five Seafood Specialists will be contacted and compensated for a partnership entailing:
- Development of new and original recipes using seafood from Norway
- Participating and being quoted in local and national media opportunities
- Joining webinars with the Norwegian Seafood Council team and other Seafood Specialists
Seafood Specialists will also receive several exciting items such as premium, top-quality seafood from Norway for recipe ideation + development, exposure via cross-promotion across Seafood from Norway social and digital channels and a branded chef’s coat.
WHEN: Applications open June 10-June 30; selected Chefs announced in August.
