The December 2016 issue of FSR will feature the fourth annual Buyer’s Guide, an overview of the best new products for full-service restaurants—including foods, ingredients, chef's gear, kitchen equipment, table service, bar ware, and technology— that operators should be aware of in 2017 for ideas and innovation. Nominations of products for possible inclusion will be accepted through August 31, 2016.
All products submitted should have been announced, or undergone a significant enhancement, within the 18-month period leading up to December 2016 (ie, July 1, 2015-Dec. 31, 2016). With the exception of alcoholic beverages, any product used by full-service restaurants, chefs, or bartenders will be considered. Because alcoholic beverages—beer, wine, and spirits—are reviewed in every issue of FSR, they will not be included in the Buyer’s Guide.
While certain fields in the form are required, it is optional to upload spec sheets and product brochures. You can upload 1-3 photos.
