The New England Consulting Group (NECG) welcomed Don Blaustein as a Principal and Advisor to its Beverage and CPG practices. He brings over 25 years of strategic marketing and sales experience growing global brands such as Heineken, Guinness and Monster Energy.
Blaustein was the former head of the Latin America, Australasia, and Asia Pacific business for Monster Energy Company, a leading global energy drink and alternative beverage company. Previously, he was president and CEO of Heineken USA managing a multi-billion dollar business of world class imported beer brands such as Heineken, Amstel Light and Dos Equis. Prior to that, he spent over 16 years with Guinness/Diageo in multiple senior leadership roles, growing a wide portfolio of beer brands across the globe. His career began at Kraft General Foods leading marketing efforts behind numerous classic American beverage brands such as Kool-Aid, Country Time Lemonade, Crystal Light and Tang Instant Breakfast Drink.
Blaustein serves on the board of California’s Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization and soon to be chapter chairman. He is also an advisor to numerous local and international beverage companies.
