Mr Brews Taphouse Sets Sales Records

As Mr Brews Taphouse continues to quickly expand, the best-in-class brand is growing its sales at a similar, impressive pace.

In April, the full-service craft brew pub and restaurant entered the Florida market in Melbourne, marking its then-most successful opening. Just a month later, Mr Brews exceeded all previous opening records when the award-winning brand expanded to the southwest region of the U.S. with its Mesa, Arizona debut in late June. For sales in July, Mr Brews’ new Mesa restaurant has surpassed every other location, and its opening week surpassed the brand’s previously held highest sales record by 19.8%. After a notable opening in Melbourne, Mr Brews’ first Florida restaurant remains in the top 10% of all locations in daily sales.

“Our new Mesa and Melbourne locations both came out of the gate strong, and neither have showed any signs of slowing down,” says Mr Brews Taphouse Chief Operating Officer Mark Leach. “The success at both restaurants are a direct result of our incredible franchisees who conducted extensive interviews to find the right fit for our brand when hiring. Creating a culture-first environment is critical for us as we continue to open new restaurants across the country.”

“Mr Brews is known to be a gathering place, so it’s no surprise that our dine-in sales are up 44% over 2020,” Leach says. “We had an advantage with dining rooms reopening because our loyal guests knew what they were missing, and they wanted Mr Brews back in their life. But even with dine-in’s return, it’s been remarkable to see that we’ve retained many of our third-party delivery guests. We have no doubt that there’s a huge demand for Mr Brews, so we’re excited to continue driving this high-energy growth and sales momentum well into the future.”
