Renowned craft brew pub and restaurant, Mr Brews Taphouse, announced significant changes to its executive team that will propel the brand's expansion and future success.
The new executive team advancements are highlighted by Mark Leach being promoted to President of Franchise Development and Ken Leetch moving up to Chief Operating Officer (COO). The changes will ensure that Mr Brews is set up for internal and external growth as Leach concentrates on its strategy through an advanced development plan.
Leetch joined the executive team in early 2022, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations for 18 months. An industry veteran, Leetch has brought over 20 years of experience to Mr Brews and has leveraged his skillset to establish himself as a respected ops expert across the company and franchise organizations.
After successfully expanding new units in several markets as COO for the past four years, Leach will now take over as President of Franchise Development. In this role, he’ll be bringing his extensive operational expertise and proven track record to spearhead the brand's expansion into new markets and drive its franchise development initiatives to new heights.
