Moxies, the premium casual Canadian concept known for its signature ambiance and high-quality made-in-house food and drink paired with top tier service, announces Glenn Moon as Vice President, U.S. Development. Moon joins the team to lead real estate acquisitions and franchise growth as the concept prepares for significant expansion.

Prior to Moxies, Moon served as Vice President of Development for Twin Peaks Restaurants from February 2021-January 2023. In this role, Moon added 47 new opportunities in less than two years to the Twin Peaks domestic pipeline. Additional career highlights include Senior Vice President Business Development at Virdee; Managing Director of North American Urban Development at Best Western Hotels & Resorts; Vice President, Full Service & Lifestyle Brands for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts; and 13 years leading Cambria Hotels’ development in the western U.S.
About his new role Moon says, “I’m excited to join the Moxies team at this pivotal time to spearhead the growth for the brand as we seek AAA real estate opportunities and qualified franchise partners.”
He continues, “We are seeking well-capitalized, seasoned, multi-unit owners of casual dining concepts who have demonstrated expertise in high-volume ($10MM +) restaurants with 50/50 liquor to food mix.”
