Mongolian Concepts Promotes Becca McIntyre to VP of Culinary and Supply Chain

Mongolian Concepts, the management group behind three renowned create-your-own bowl brands — Genghis Grill, FlatTop Grill and bd’s Mongolian Grill — has promoted Becca McIntyre to Vice President of Culinary and Supply Chain. She will play a pivotal role in the continued success and expansion of the Mongolian Concepts brands.

“Utilizing her culinary and food service management experience, Becca has made a significant impact on our brands over the past seven years. In this new role, McIntyre will work closely with the executive team to develop unique culinary dishes for each of the brands and help construct training materials for new menu item roll-outs. In addition, she will take ownership of vendor relationships, managing the evaluation of key items to ensure the products meet each brand’s quality standards, while also controlling restaurant distribution.
