Mimi's Cafe — a neighborhood bistro inspired by France — has declared a value revolution to appeal to guests who would like to dine out more frequently, but given the uncertain economic times, may be less inclined to do so. The people have spoken, so Mimi's is introducing wave after wave of value designed to appeal to guests at every dining occasion.

"We're on a mission to revolutionize value in casual dining as we know it," says Mark Mears, Mimi's president and chief concept officer. "In today's tough economy, guests are demanding more value for their hard-earned dining dollars. Now, they can have more of what they love about Mimi's based upon their individual taste, appetite, and budget. Everything we offer revolves around what's best for our guests. Our new programs provide Mimi's quality and taste with the ultimate guest flexibility when they are dining in our restaurants or on the go."

Mimi's Revolution officially kicked off on Bastille Day in July with the launch of the Taste of France seasonal menus and successful new chocolate mousse muffins. The excitement continues with the arrivals of several new programs.

A side dish or a beverage is only $1 more.

Bistro Wine Flights
Let the tasting begin! Like a cozy bistro in Paris, Mimi's offers enjoyable wines and sparkling wines to complement any meal. Now they are available in Wine Flights, featuring three two-ounce pours for $8, perfect for tasting. Mimi's Bistro Red Flight progresses from velvety Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz to classic Zinfandel. The White Wine Flight offers a fruity Pinot Grigio, tangy Sauvignon Blanc, and full-bodied Chardonnay. Mimi's wildly popular Mimosa, Hibiscus, and Sparkling Strawberry specialty drinks star in the Sparkling Wine Flight. Each flight is artfully presented in a decorative holder, complete with tasting notes and suggested food pairings to guide guests on their tasting journey.
