Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails, known for its New Southern cuisine, has expanded its hours to offer lunch service and intriguing choices on its new midday menu using the freshest ingredients from its onsite garden. The restaurant now serves lunch Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

“Our guests in the city of Milton have been asking us to do lunch for a long time, and we’re happy to finally fulfill those wishes,” says chef Derek Dollar. “Fall is the perfect time to enjoy lunch with friends and colleagues, and as temperatures drop, our outdoor patio area becomes even more enticing.”

Milton’s farm-to-table lunch menu features classic dishes with contemporary, bold flavors. Highlights include:

Drinks

  • Applewood Smoked Old Fashioned – Evan Williams bourbon, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, dehydrated orange, Luxardo Cherry and a king cube ($14)
  • Bobbin’ for Apples – Mulholland gin, lemon juice, cinnamon honey simple syrup, apple butter and Peychaud’s bitters ($14)
  • Chuck’s Great Pumpkin – house reposado tequila, double-strength chai tea, lime juice, pumpkin latte liqueur, agave nectar and amaretto ($13)

  • Piquillo Pepper Crab Bisque – blue crab, chive and annatto oil ($9)
  • Sweet Potato Shrimp Fritters – red chile syrup and basil oil ($10)
