Milton's Cuisine & Cocktails Adds Lunch Service

Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails, known for its New Southern cuisine, has expanded its hours to offer lunch service and intriguing choices on its new midday menu using the freshest ingredients from its onsite garden. The restaurant now serves lunch Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m.

“Our guests in the city of Milton have been asking us to do lunch for a long time, and we’re happy to finally fulfill those wishes,” says chef Derek Dollar. “Fall is the perfect time to enjoy lunch with friends and colleagues, and as temperatures drop, our outdoor patio area becomes even more enticing.”

Milton’s farm-to-table lunch menu features classic dishes with contemporary, bold flavors. Highlights include:


  • Applewood Smoked Old Fashioned – Evan Williams bourbon, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, dehydrated orange, Luxardo Cherry and a king cube ($14)
  • Bobbin’ for Apples – Mulholland gin, lemon juice, cinnamon honey simple syrup, apple butter and Peychaud’s bitters ($14)
  • Chuck’s Great Pumpkin – house reposado tequila, double-strength chai tea, lime juice, pumpkin latte liqueur, agave nectar and amaretto ($13)


  • Piquillo Pepper Crab Bisque – blue crab, chive and annatto oil ($9)
  • Sweet Potato Shrimp Fritters – red chile syrup and basil oil ($10)
  • Fried Green Tomatoes – chive-spiked goat cheese, herb pesto and peach chow chow ($11)

Salads (Salads can include these add-ons: everything-crusted ahi tuna, Scottish salmon, shrimp or chicken.)

  • Ramen Noodle Salad – garden greens, carrot ribbons, cucumber, sliced radish, fresh cilantro and Kentuckyaki vinaigrette ($11)
  • Beet and Blue Salad – roasted red and yellow beets, spinach, arugula, blue cheese crumbles, lemony almonds, green apples and sherry-bacon vinaigrette ($12)
  • Milton’s Acre Grain Bowl – quinoa, farro, beluga lentils, lemony almonds, sliced radish, heirloom cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion and herbed white balsamic vinaigrette ($14)


  • Double D’s Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwich – prosciutto cracklins’, vine-ripe tomatoes and cornmeal Texas toast ($15)
  • Pickled Fried Chicken Sandwich – Southern fried chicken breast, dill pickle mayo, shredded romaine and a brioche bun ($16)
  • Hot Buttered Lobster Roll – dressed greens, charred lime and a buttered brioche roll ($35)


  • Everything Crusted Ahi Tuna – kimchi-cilantro roasted potatoes, wilted pea greens, pickled cucumber and Kentuckyaki vinaigrette ($32)
  • Shrimp and Grits – red and yellow bell peppers, smoked bacon, mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes, lemon butter sauce and cheddar stone-ground grits ($26)
  • Grilled Bavette Steak – buttermilk mashed potatoes, crumbled blue cheese, pickled red onions, grilled asparagus and red wine jus ($40)
