Merrychef USA announces the newest addition to the eikon rapid cook series of Advanced Cooking Technology ovens – the Merrychef eikon e6 speed oven.

Merrychef’s new eikon e6 speed oven utilizes a unique airflow combination of newly patented planar plume, convection, and microwave technologies along with an icon-driven touch screen operation to enable instant menu management with archive capabilities, operator training, and self diagnostic capability for monitoring components.

The easyToUCH technology is available in multiple languages and ensures operators are never more than two steps away from menu updates or data transfer via USB memory stick.

In addition to providing increased speed, service, quality, and freshness, the Merrychef eikon e6 provides ventless-cooking capability through standard built-in catalytic converter with full protein capability. Other features include a cool-to-touch exterior, and “plug and play” functionality. Installation is easy and new ovens are up and running in just a matter of minutes.
