Hot on the heels of its expansion news to Las Vegas at Red Rock Resort, Chicago-based Mercadito Hospitality will make its way to Station Casinos' sister luxury resort, Green Valley Ranch Resort, with the Mercadito flagship restaurant and a second Tippling Hall location.

This extension will provide residents on both sides of the Vegas valley with the dining and nightlife experience that the award-winning Mercadito restaurants in Chicago and New York are known for, while introducing Tippling Hall to the neighborhood.
Station Casinos LLC will invest $20 million over the next year in Green Valley Ranch Resort by introducing a new lineup of acclaimed restaurant and bar concepts, as well as enhancing other venues and amenities within the AAA Four Diamond award-winning property in Henderson. Construction will commence soon and be completed by Spring 2015.
Mercadito Green Valley Ranch
With a menu that expertly blends traditional Mexican fare with creative interpretations of local and seasonal ingredients, Mercadito is modeled after the markets at which Chef and partner Patricio Sandoval shopped while growing up in his native Mexico. The food at Mercadito encompasses everything from handmade corn masa tortillas used for tacos to freshly prepared ceviches, guacamoles, and salsas.
Designed for sharing, the family style meals artistically mingle the best of south-of-the-border taquerias and cantinas with local and seasonal ingredients making for an exciting and mouth-watering menu. A beverage menu designed by Mercadito Hospitality partners and beverage team Tad Carducci and Paul Tanguay, the Tippling Bros., rounds out the experience with creative variations of classic cocktails, incorporating Mexican ingredients and an extensive tequila list.
Mercadito was named by Zagat in 2013 as one of "America's Hottest Mexican Restaurants" and was recognized by USA Today for serving one of the "country's 10 best margaritas."
Introducing Tippling Hall
Tippling Hall will provide a spirited and comfortable atmosphere along with a beverage program designed to embrace the culture of drinking rituals from across the globe. Renowned as trendsetters in the beverage industry, Tad Carducci and Paul Tanguay will open the new concept in Chicago this summer and bring the second location to Green Valley Ranch Resort to showcase a collage of beverages with innovative and creative presentations to create a temple to all things alcohol. From kegged cocktails to traditional brews, Tippling Hall has a drink for everyone paired with a menu of globally inspired comfort food crafted by Chef and partner Guillermo Tellez.
