The Melting Pot Restaurants, Inc., the world’s premier fondue restaurant franchise, is starting 2013 off on the right foot offering all the flavor of its signature fondue dishes without all the calories with a limited-time Skinny Dipping menu available January 1 to March 31. Fondue fans who go Skinny Dipping at The Melting Pot will have a chance to enter to win a trip to Miami to party with international music sensation Pitbull at The Melting Pot.

“The Melting Pot’s Skinny Dipping menu is perfect for those who set resolutions to eat healthier in the new year,” says Shane Schaibly, corporate chef for Front Burner Brands, restaurant management company for The Melting Pot. “While a restaurant entrée under 700 calories is typically considered light, Skinny Dipping at The Melting Pot offers a three-course meal for that same caloric value.”

The limited-time Skinny Dipping menu created by Schaibly includes a choice of one of three of The Melting Pot’s signature salads under 150 calories and one of three fondue-style entrées like Shrimp and Sirloin under 220 calories. The Skinny Dipping experience comes to a sweet ending with dark chocolate fondue (322 calories) served with ripe bananas, sweet pineapple chunks and strawberries for dipping.

Fondue fans can complement their light fondue experiences with hand-crafted skinny cocktails like the Mango Coconut Marteenie and Fresh Berry Fizz featuring Voli Light Vodka, co-owned by Pitbull.
As part of the Skinny Dipping promotion, six lucky fondue fanatics will win a trip to Miami to party with Pitbull at The Melting Pot. Details on how to enter for a chance to win are available on the Skinny Dipping menu available at all Melting Pot locations in the U.S.
