Maritime Wine Trading Collective, a leading boutique wine import, production, and distribution company based in San Francisco, has formed a partnership with Henry Wine Group, a California-based wine distributor. Effective immediately, the Henry Wine Group will become the exclusive distributor in California for Maritime’s growing portfolio of imported and domestic wines, which includes offerings from Portugal, Spain, Turkey, South Africa, New Zealand, Sicily, and Canada, as well as small production sub-appellation offerings from California and Oregon.

“Our working relationship with Henry Wine Group over the last five years has enabled us to build a very solid base of business for our brands in California,” says Maritime CEO and co-founder Chris Nickolopoulos. “Now we are formalizing that relationship into a partnership as a natural evolution of our shared vision and business goals. All of the Maritime brands will benefit from this increased focus and collaboration.”

"Working with the Maritime team has been a very successful endeavor,” says Ed Hogan, CEO of the Henry Wine Group. “Our efforts behind the Maritime portfolio of wines, such as Graham Beck of South Africa and Jules Taylor of New Zealand, and more recently the Nine North brands, have built a solid platform for growth going forward, and we anticipate much continued success together.”
