Maggie McFly’s has launched an “Express Grocery” supplementary program to aid in making hard-to-find grocery items more accessible for our communities. Grocery items are distributor-sealed for restaurant use. Meaning there is no handling of the items once they leave the distributor—zero secondary contact once received by Maggie McFly’s.

Due to the current epidemic, restaurant distributors currently have a surplus of inventory due to the fact that restaurants are only operating on a 1-2 percent scale of what makes up their typical revenue (take-out service.) Restaurants also have deep supply chains with product readily available—unlike the state of most grocery stores at this point in time. Buying groceries and necessities from alternative sources, such as restaurants, right now, allows for grocery stores to restock and have product readily available for shoppers.

Items are available for call-ahead curbside pick-up at all Connecticut locations to eliminate contact.
