Quaker Steak & Lube hosted Tender Tailgates, a special event on Sept. 5, at several of its Northeast Ohio locations.

The tailgate highlighted the brand’s new Top Gear Tenders, and portions of the proceeds benefitted the Folds of Honor Foundation.

“As football season kicks off, there’s no better time to host a tailgate that gives back to a great cause like the Folds of Honor Foundation,” says Megan Duniec, senior director of marketing at Quaker Steak & Lube. “We encourage the community to come out and join us at this event. We’re confident that local residents will find that Top Gear Tenders are a great addition to our award-winning menu.”

The Tender Tailgates kicked off at 5 p.m. Funds raised from Top Gear Tender sales benefitted The Folds of Honor Foundation, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to providing scholarships and assistance to families of fallen soldiers.

Quaker Steak & Lube restaurants in Medina Township, Lakewood, Sheffield, Valley View, and Vermilion participated in this event.
