Los Chingones, Chef Troy Guard’s badass and bold take on Mexican food, has a new Los Lunch Menu for a quick, convenient and delicious meal. Lunch items include two new salads, the return of Mexican Ramen and the addition of the Los Lunch Special with the option to mix-and-match any three of their signature tacos with a side of guajillo rice and housemade black beans.

For the Los Lunch Special, guests can choose from any tacos like the Bang Bang Crispy Shrimp with pickled onions, jicama slaw and chipotle aioli, Jalapeno Popper with spicy cream cheese, guajillo ranch and pico or the Birria taco with spicy braised beef, mexican cheese, onion, cilantro and a guajillo beef dip, all for $15.  For those looking to cap off their meal or get an early jump on happy hour, the Los Lunch Special can include the Los Mini Marg for $3. Limit two per customer.

New lunch salad additions at Los include the Mexican Caesar Salad with avocado, crispy tortilla, tomato, pepitas and house-made caesar dressing and the Tijuana Salad with cabbage, lettuce, black beans, pico de gallo, guajillo rice and chipotle lime dressing.

Mexican Ramen makes its return to Los Chingones, only for lunch. The fan favorite slow simmered and flavorful broth is topped with rice noodles, chicken or pork, cabbage, raddish, bunashimeji mushrooms, jalapenos, shishitos, cilantro, crispy fried scallions and garlic and a soft poached egg.

The new lunch menu and Los Lunch Special will run starting October 10 at Los Chingones RiNo and Fort Collins locations.
