This October, Troy Guard’s Celebrity Chef Taco Series welcomes Chef Jed Levin from The Piper Inn. Chef Levin presents his take on the taco, the Skirt Steak Asada Taco. The Skirt Steak Asada Taco features marinated skirt steak, diced white onion, cilantro, and lime juice on a corn tortilla. Served with Mexican crema, salsa verde, and salsa roja ($6.50). Chef Levin’s Taco will be available October 10-23, 2022.
TAG Restaurant Group (TRG) Guard, kicked off this exciting series in January 2022 with his mission to raise funds to help the communities affected by the devastating January Marshall Fires with a fundraising program benefiting Boulder Community Foundation. He wanted to give other Colorado chefs the opportunity to get creative and raise funds for a charity near and dear to their hearts.
$1 of every taco goes towards Chef Levin’s charity of choice, the American Cancer Society, to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month this October.
