The four-course lineup for $100/person includes the following dishes, plus amuses and petit fours to end the meal. A vegetarian version is also available.

  • Sacramento Delta Asparagus, parmesan sabayon, bottarga, ramps, spring herbs

  • Caramelized Sunchoke Tortellini, Santa Barbara uni, Irtysh River caviar, créme fraîche

  • Crown-Roasted Dry-Aged Duck, confit tartlette, toasted pecan, foie gras, sweet potato, sauce bigarade

  • Honey Thyme Cremeux, blueberry sorbet, honey vanilla reduction, almond

The launch of the four-course menu comes on the heels of Lazy Betty receiving a Sensory Inclusive Certification from KultureCity. Conducted annually, Lazy Betty’s team training is led by medical professionals and teaches staff how to recognize guests with sensory needs and how to handle a sensory overload situation. Sensory sensitivities or challenges with sensory regulation are often experienced by individuals with autism, dementia, PTSD and other similar conditions.
