Larkin’s Restaurants is proud to introduce chef Adam Hayes to the Greenville foodie and culinary community as its new director of culinary.
Chef Hayes brings with him a robust resume—from hosting two dinners at the prestigious James Beard house, to winning the Food Network’s “Cutthroat Kitchen,” he has created and polished an impressive culinary background. Prior to joining Larkin’s, Adam worked in several outstanding restaurants in North Carolina and Florida including Red Stag Grill at the Grand Bohemian, Canyon Kitchen and Barnsley Resort.
Chef Hayes will be heading the culinary team for Larkin’s on the River, Limoncello, Grill Marks Brands, and Larkins Catering and Events. He will be working closely with the executive chef, Sarah Dake at Limoncello, sous-chef, Alex Darrington at Larkin’s on the River and Chef Logan Smith from Larkins Culinary team.
