Land O’Lakes Kicks Off 'How Do You Queso' Contest

Farmer-owned co-op Land O’Lakes has gotten in on the queso craze and kicked off the “How Do You Queso?” contest, a competition for queso-obsessed operators launched in collaboration with Chef’s Roll.

The “How Do You Queso?” competition allows queso (and the chefs who love it) to take centerstage in front of Chef’s Roll’s 1 million+ social media following and provides operators the chance to try Land O Lakes Queso Bravo Cheese Dip and Extra Melt American Cheese Sauce. Each product is specially formulated for today’s busy chef looking for ingredients that are high in both quality and performance.

Now through October 4, 2021, foodservice operators are encouraged to participate in the “How Do You Queso?” contest by registering here. Of the qualified registrants, Land O’Lakes Foodservice will send up to 500 Queso Sample Boxes filled with samples of Land O Lakes Extra Melt Cheese Sauce and Land O Lakes Queso Bravo Cheese Dip to help them create their queso-centric entries. The grand prize winner will receive $1,000 and a custom Meglio® chef’s knife. Two runners-up will receive $500 each along with personalized Chef’s Roll chef’s jackets. Winners will be announced in January 2022.
