King & Prince Seafood announced the launch of its new Small Plates/Bar Bites product line featuring Jambalaya Fritters, Crispy Southern Flounder, and Lobster & Seafood Pups.
The new Tasty Trio is great for keeping your menu on-trend, adding value, and maintaining consistency. With 75 percent of casual dining restaurants offering small plates and snacks, these new products are a must-have for all menus.

Jambalaya Fritters is a fun spin on the classic Cajun dish straight from the Bayou. Filled with shrimp, rice, Andouille, vegetables, and spices, these fritters are dipped in our light, crispy Tavern Battered coating.
Crispy Southern Flounder is a hand-cut flounder filet coated with a seasoned blend of flour and cornmeal and flash fried. It is the perfect size for a versatile small-plates menu.
Lobster & Seafood Pups are not your ordinary corn dogs. They are blends of luscious lobster and seafood surrounded in golden sweet cornmeal batter for a great flavor combination and perfect for appetizers and kids menus.
