Kerry Simon Plans Restaurant at Hard Rock Caribbean Resort

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana announces plans to open a Kerry Simon restaurant at the Caribbean beach front resort.

Dubbed “The Rock n’ Roll Chef” by Rolling Stone Magazine, Simon brings his contemporary culinary vision to the Hard Rock Hotel in the Dominican Republic. The spacious 200-seat restaurant will be located off the casino floor and designed to reflect a modern rock mansion.

Mansion by Simon will feature multiple rooms and levels including a living room, library, bedroom, patio, and bathroom. Exquisitely designed by James Geier of 555 Design, Mansion by Simon offers the elegance of a modern lavish home with Hard Rock’s famous rock n roll decorum.

Mansion by Simon is slated to open in Winter 2012.
