Jones Dairy Farm Introduces Fully Cooked Canadian Bacon Hash Patties

Jones Dairy Farm, a leader in all natural raw and pre-cooked breakfast sausage for the foodservice industry, has added fully cooked Canadian Bacon Hash Patties to their extensive line of foodservice offerings.

Jones Dairy Farm took a classic breakfast hash recipe with crispy pieces of potatoes and added their naturally smoked Canadian bacon, the No. 1 selling Canadian bacon in America. The new Jones Canadian Bacon Hash Patty is leaner and lower in carbs than traditional Corned Beef Hash and contains seven grams of lean protein per 2 oz serving.  Jones Canadian Bacon is made with only center-cut pork loin and smoked with real hardwood chips for an authentic flavor.  Since the patties are fully cooked, both commercial and non-commercial foodservice operators can simply heat and serve them in a wide variety of menu options including benedicts, sandwiches, tacos, burritos or classic side dish.

“In addition to the delicious taste and ease of preparation, operators will appreciate the versatility of the Canadian Bacon Hash Patty,” says Bryon Coleman, Jones Dairy Farm Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “Whether they are sliced, diced or mashed, these patties offer a truly unique and flavorful menu addition for any daypart, especially breakfast.”

Still 100% family owned and operated, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin-based Jones Dairy Farm is committed to the same fundamental principles today as when the company was founded six generations ago. Although best known as a leader in all natural breakfast sausage for the foodservice industry, Jones Dairy Farm also offers operators Naturally Smoked hams, Naturally Smoked Center-Cut Dry-Aged Bacon and more.
