Johnny Rockets announced a partnership with foodservice consulting group EMPAD to support purchasing and distribution for the brand’s U.S. restaurants.
As part of the relationship, EMPAD will assist Johnny Rockets with distributor pricing verification, analysis, sourcing, and more to improve the supply chain process for the brand’s franchise and corporate-owned restaurants.

EMPAD aligns with restaurant and franchise companies to provide supply chain strategy and implement changes needed to impact a company’s bottom line. With a client roster that includes Kona Grill and Ruth’s Chris Steak House, the consulting group specializes in the purchasing and distribution of food, non-food items and service contracts.
