Real ramen culture is expanding its footprint in the Orlando area with JINYA Ramen Bar set to open the doors to a new location in Oviedo this fall.
Located near Alafaya Square at 234 E. Mitchell Hammock Rd., the area’s new go-to ramen spot – the second in Florida – will offer more than a dozen acclaimed dishes that are slowly simmered for 20 hours to ensure a deep flavor that is sure to satisfy any tastebuds. Just a short 10-minute drive from the University of Central Florida campus, students, as well as guests of all ages, will soon realize just how awesome it is to enjoy bold noodles with thick, rich broth.
“They say that Orlando is one of the most magical places on earth and we learned that with our first location in the city, so it only made sense to bring another one to the area and Oviedo is the perfect place to do that,” says JINYA Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “We can’t wait to share even more of our food and culture with the community and look forward to having locals join in on the fun.”
Ahead of the fall opening, JINYA is seeking up to 60 highly motivated and talented team members for both front and back-of-house positions.
At JINYA, experience ramen like it’s meant to be – with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with flavorful noodles. Discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chashu to shrimp wonton. Then, elevate the experience further by pairing it with tapas or a craft beer. JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business.
