JINYA Ramen Bar to Open New Store in Phoenix

Almost two years to the day that JINYA Ramen Bar first brought its real ramen culture to Arizona, the acclaimed Japanese restaurant is expanding its footprint in The Grand Canyon State with a new location opening its doors on Tuesday, May 16!

Located at 5120 N Central Ave. near the Uptown Plaza Shopping Mall, the authentic and bold noodles in thick, rich broth that has been all the rage in Chandler since 2021 is now coming to Phoenix proper – and JINYA wants to celebrate with the community.

Opening day festivities begin at 11 a.m. with JINYA giving out free ramen for the first 50 guests in line at 11 a.m. for lunch and at 5 p.m. for dinner.

“After having so much success with JINYA in Chandler, we knew we had to bring more of our signature ramen to the Phoenix area,” said JINYA Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “With this new location, even more of the community will be able to truly experience what real ramen culture is all about. We can’t wait to welcome everyone for the grand opening.”

The new JINYA in Phoenix marks the brand’s 56th location system wide and will serve guests from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day of the week.

At JINYA, experience ramen like it’s meant to be – with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with flavorful noodles. Discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chashu to shrimp wonton. Then, elevate the experience further by pairing it with tapas or a craft beer. JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business.
