Having begun in the Los Angeles area back in 2010, JINYA Ramen Bar is going back to its roots this fall with a new corporately owned flagship location, as well as a training facility, opening in Topanga on Oct. 1.
Located at 6600 Topanga Canyon Rd. in the Westfield Topanga Shopping Center, the acclaimed Japanese ramen restaurant will give its guests the astonishing pleasure of a unique, integrated dining experience, highlighted by the acclaimed Japanese restaurant’s bold noodles served in its signature thick, rich broth.
“Since the very beginning, we’ve been dreaming big at JINYA and this new restaurant only furthers those dreams,” says CEO and Founder Tomo, Takahashi. “We’re so excited to open this fall in Topanga and to share even more of our real ramen culture with a community that has been so important to us over the years.”
The new JINYA in Topanga marks the brand’s eighth restaurant in California as it inches closer to its 60th location systemwide, truly showcasing itself as the fastest-growing ramen concept in the country.
JINYA invites its guest to discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chashu to shrimp wonton. Then, elevate the experience further by pairing it with tapas or a craft beer. JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business.
