JINYA Ramen Bar will soon be serving two new flavorful Chef Specials that offer an authentic Japanese culinary experience that’s sure to keep everyone warm this winter season.
Starting Dec. 1, the acclaimed ramen restaurant will be serving Miso Garlic Tan Tan – the best ramen for cold winter – featuring in house pork soboro, bean sprouts, kikurage, green onion, chili oil, shredded dry chili and a vegan broth infused with the brand’s own rich flavorful miso. Also on the menu is the Ebi-Katsu Bun – a steamed bun stuffed with a shrimp cutlet, cucumber, iceberg lettuce and pickled red cabbage served with JINYA's original spread sauce.
“We’re always passionate about creating new menu items that show off our authentic ramen culture,” says JINYA CEO and Founder Tomo Takahashi. “We hope everyone enjoys these new winter specials that offer a real taste of traditional Japanese flavors with the Miso Garlic Tan Tan and Ebi-Katsu Bun!”
At JINYA, experience ramen like it’s meant to be – with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with flavorful noodles. Discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chashu to a perfectly cooked and seasoned poached egg to fresh garlic.
