JINYA Ramen Bar is spreading its real ramen culture across the West Coast – and the country – as the award-winning brand prepares for its Feb. 6 opening in Long Beach for its 50th location systemwide!

Located at 6480 E. Pacific Coast Highway, the new go-to ramen spot will offer more than a dozen acclaimed ramen dishes featuring a perfect balance of bold noodles with thick, rich broth, slowly simmered for 20 hours to ensure a deep flavor. To celebrate its grand opening, the first 50 guests in line at lunch and dinner will receive a free ramen bowl. Plus, one lucky diner will be given a golden ramen bowl to commemorate the 50th location opening.

“We’re thrilled to celebrate this incredible milestone of 50 locations with the beautiful city of Long Beach,” says JINYA Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi. “It’s been an honor to provide our fans with an authentic Japanese ramen experience from coast to coast, and we can’t wait to continue growing across the country.”

Ahead of its grand opening, JINYA fans will be able to see their favorite ramen spot at NASCAR’s Busch Light Clash at The Coliseum in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 5. On race day, JINYA will host an in-stadium fan promotion with ramen eating, and a lucky row of fans will receive JINYA gift cards.

Long Beach’s JINYA Ramen Bar will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. This debut will mark the brand’s first location in Long Beach and the fifth in California.

At JINYA, experience ramen like it’s meant to be – with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with flavorful noodles. Discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chashu to a perfectly cooked and seasoned poached egg to shrimp wanton. Then, elevate the experience further by pairing it with tapas or a craft beer. JINYA is ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business.
