Under the guidance of senior brand chef Justin Blais, Jerry Remy’s culinary program is in the midst of some very exciting changes and what better time of the year than the summer for guests to experience some of his contemporary ideas, specifically as they pertain to seafood lovers? Remy’s now offers a host of fresh-catch concoctions designed by Jeremy Requena, Chef de Cuisine at the helm of the Fenway restaurant’s kitchen. New items are available to guests who choose to dine at Jerry Remy’s stunning rooftop restaurant.
