January is Cocktail Month at Rialto in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The Harvard Square restaurant is known for local ingredients and memorable dishes from chef Jody Adams, a former contestant on season two of Bravo’s Top Chef Masters. Rialto was ranked in Zagat’s five best Boston hotel restaurants and Boston Magazine’s 50 best restaurants in Harvard Square in 2012.

To kick off the New Year, Rialto beverage director, Young Won, will be introducing a new concoction to the cocktail list each week throughout the month of January. Things will start off with the Lord Grantham, inspired by the whiskey-drinking character on Downton Abbey, which premiered it's third season this past weekend.

Lord Grantham: WhistlePig Rye served with two splashes of Meyer lemon tea soda over two homemade Earl Grey-Meyer lemon ice cubes (it's Rialto’s take on the traditional Whiskey & Soda).
