Jack’s Coal Fired Pizza, a recently opened hot spot in Burlington, Massachusetts, serving up gourmet hand-tossed pizzas, pastas and wings straight from its dueling coal- and wood-fired ovens, is now offering a late-night “Midnight Munchies” special on pizzas and appetizers. Guests can enjoy any of Jack’s hearty 16” Coal Fired Pies and crispy 12” Wood Fired Pies, as well as appetizers like Fried Mozzarella (breaded with tomato and basil), Meatballs (homemade, served with tomato sauce, ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheeses), Charred Cauliflower (breadcrumbs, cheese sauce, lemon oil) and Coal Fired Wings (lemon herb-rubbed or buffalo) for half-price every evening from 10:00pm to midnight.
Grab a seat at the bar to catch the game and enjoy a local brew or slide into a sleek red leather booth and sip on a handcrafted cocktail from Jack’s impressive beverage program, which features libations like the Jack’s New Fashioned (Bulleit Rye, Aperol, Cointreau-infused cherries, fresh orange, soda water) and Coal Fired Peach Lemonade (Tito’s, white peach puree, charred lemonade, coal-fired peaches), made with peaches and lemons that are charred in Jack’s very own coal-fired oven.
