Advanced commercial dishwashers, cooking equipment, food prep equipment and refrigeration equipment from the ITW Food Equipment Group family of premium brands are making their debut at one of the industry’s most important biannual events; The NAFEM Show 2019.

ITW Food Equipment Group and its brands Hobart, Baxter, Traulsen, Vulcan, Wolf, Berkel, Stero, Somat and Gaylord, are bringing new and industry-leading products to The NAFEM Show, running Feb. 7-9 in Orlando, Florida. More than 100 energy-, labor- and cost-saving products will be on display at ITW booths (#3435, #3651, #3644, and #3646), as will Hobart Service, the only nationwide, factory-trained service network dedicated to commercial food equipment installation and maintenance.

“As a gathering for top food service equipment professionals, The NAFEM Show is the perfect event for us to showcase our most innovative equipment technologies and services, as well as new products that will soon be made available to the market,” says Todd Blair, Director of Marketing for Hobart Food Equipment Group. “Our inspiration to deliver our very best comes from our customers’ inspiration to serve others and deliver their very best. From our newest and most advanced, low energy flight-type dishwasher, to one-of-kind oven and refrigeration technologies, we will be showcasing incredible advances in energy and labor-savings, food safety, total cost of ownership and, of course, the superior quality and performance for which our brands have built their reputations.”

Offering peak performance and the lowest total cost of ownership, Hobart is introducing the new FT1000e Low Energy Flight Type dishwasher at The NAFEM Show 2019. With design enhancements that lower energy consumption and connected load, combined with features like Automatic Soil Removal and Energy Recovery, the FT1000e delivers exceptional cleaning and the lowest cost of ownership in its class.

Hobart is also saving retail foodservice operations time, resources and the need for separate pieces of slicing and weighing equipment with the introduction of its new line of HS Series portion scale slicers. The HS6-1PS manual slicer and the HS7-1PS automatic slicer offer precise slicing and instant weighing to increase efficiency and help retail and foodservice establishments serve customers faster. Both models accurately weigh product up to 10 pounds in increments of 0.01 pounds or 0.1 ounces.

Traulsen, known for its 80-year history of manufacturing quality commercial refrigeration, will give show visitors a chance to check out R-Series refrigeration units featuring the new StayClear Condensers and the next generation Smart Control for increased performance, reliability, energy efficiency, and ease-of-use. Trauslen will also feature popular equipment including its glycol prep table, best-in-class blast chillers, and ENERGY STAR certified reach-in and compact refrigerators.

New products to The NAFEM Show will also be on display from Baxter, the brand recognized for superior baking and cooking equipment. The recently introduced VersaOven, which combines the best features of rotisserie, steam, convection and combi cooking into one space-saving design, in addition to an impressive self-cleaning capability, will be a “must see” at this year’s show.

Vulcan, the brand chefs and operators look to for top-quality, energy efficient cooking products, will feature several products and new technologies that will make their first appearance at NAFEM. These include the Versatile Chef Station, a multi-function cooker, which recently won the 2018 Star Chefs Innovator Award for Heavy Equipment, as well as Vulcan’s new EO Boilerless Countertop Steamer, built to withstand the heat of any kitchen and decrease total cost of ownership.
