Delaware-based Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant (Iron Hill) introduced Ready, Set, To-Go, a prepared meal program featuring made from scratch heat and eat dishes crafted in classic Iron Hill flavors. Ready, Set, To-Go is available starting December 2, 2020, and provides quality, value, and the convenience to pre-order meals and enjoy throughout the week. Meal planning has never been easier; just order three hours in advance and choose from monthly rotating chef features or build your own meals by selecting protein, vegetable, starch, and sauce starting at $10 per order. Order $65 or more of Ready, Set, To-Go meals and save $10 for a limited time.
For the month of December, Iron Hill has four Chef Features including Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, edamame succotash and gravy ($10); Chicken Parmigiano and cavatappi pasta with pesto cream ($10); Southwestern Grilled Flank Steak with black bean tomato rice, garlicky spinach and salsa verde ($11); and Baked Salmon with broccoli florets with peppers and onions, chimichurri and roasted potatoes ($11).
For customized meals mix, and match protein options with seasonal vegetables, wholesome starches, and a dozen different sauces to create dishes for even the pickiest eaters. Choose one of seven proteins including Baked Salmon Filet ($12), Chicken Breast ($10), Fajita-Spiced Chicken Breast ($10), Baked Haddock ($12), Crab Cake ($17), Flank Steak ($17), or Ribeye Steak ($19). Pair proteins with a veggie like Tri-Color Peppers and Onions, Grilled Vegetable Medley, Broccoli, Roasted Cauliflower, Roasted Carrots, Edamame, Sauteed Spinach, Roasted Red Peppers, or Asparagus (+ $0.50). Add one of five featured starches like Cavatappi pasta with butter and Pecorino Romano Cheese, Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes, Sweet Potato Fries, Seasoned Black Beans, or Quinoa. Complete the meal by choosing a sauce including Iron Hill’s signature IPA Ranch, Red Onion Jam, Scallion Sauce, Remoulade Sauce, Balsamic Glaze, Wasabi Soy Mayo, Chipotle Lime Sauce, Basil Pesto Mayo, Chimichurri, Salsa Verde, Pico de Gallo, or Guacamole.
