Meals are guaranteed fresh for three days from delivery (and up to two months for infant purees if frozen) as all meals are preservative-free. No subscriptions or one-size fits all meal plans required—just what you want, when you need it, locally prepared and delivered fresh.
Started by Regina Reale, Nurturie’s mission is to offer a convenient source for quality children’s meals—‘Healthy Meals Kids Love. Delivered!’ A mother herself, Regina became overwhelmed when she found that her toddler’s fussy palate was too often satisfied by nutritionally weak foods, leaving her not only burdened by cooking and organic ingredient sourcing but also by finding recipes that her daughter would eat. She, therefore, discovered cooking methods that incorporated a variety of nutritious ingredients into ‘kid-friendly’ dishes. The very first step in creating Nurturie was developing a core menu of these recipes that would make even the pickiest child happy. Every single dish has been taste-tested by a panel of children and parents with both groups rating them as hits (some parents even asked if they could get a serving for themselves!). Chef Sparks’ Buckwheat Zucchini Pancakes with a Cherry Maple Dip packs loads of zucchini and walnut flour into nutrient-dense and naturally flavorful pancakes. All Natural Turkey Veggie Nuggets with Maple Cranberry Dip are packed with fiber and hidden carrots and cauliflower and even Cheese Pizza is built on a spelt crust, loaded with a tomato-vegetable sauce.

Nurturie meals are handmade in New York City. Delivery is currently available in Manhattan and the outer boroughs but the Nurturie team plans to expand delivery to other major cities.
