Chef/proprietor Patrick O’Connell of The Inn at Little Washington announced the promotion of longtime employee Robert Fasce to General Manager as of January.

“After searching for a new General Manager for quite some time, we can think of no better person to take on this challenging position than our own Bob Fasce,” says Chef O’Connell. “Bob has more than proven his aptitude and passion for leading our team here at The Inn at Little Washington and has set a wonderful example with his positive outlook and ‘can do’ attitude. I am confident Bob can be entrusted with managing and growing this complex, and unique jewel of a property, along with our diverse team of incredibly talented and dedicated individuals who all come together to create an experience far greater than the sum of its parts.”

Having worked at The Inn for more than 13 years, Bob has a thorough understanding of The Inn’s food-driven culture and restorative hospitality experience. Bob began his career at The Inn at Little Washington as an Executive Sous Chef in 1990 and remained in this position until 2001. He then went on to continue working in the hospitality business gaining experience on the management team of some of the most prestigious private clubs across the country.  His common sense, level headed management style, along with his sense of humor and determination, will lead the incredible team of The Inn at Little Washington on the journey of continuing evolution.
