Inc. Magazine awarded Patxi’s Pizza the rank of No. 83 on their inaugural list of businesses that are adding jobs and rebuilding the economy: the 2012 Hire Power Awards.

Patxi’s Pizza ranked number eight in the Food and Beverage Industry, making it one of the top ten job-providers in its industry, having created 274 jobs in the past three years and currently employing 334 employees.    

Patxi’s Pizza (pronounced PAH-cheese) currently owns and operates seven locations in the Bay Area, and in the spirit of growth and job creation, recently opened their first Denver location in Cherry Hills. Patxi’s announced this summer that they will open two more Bay Area locations in San Jose and Livermore and one more Denver location in Cherry Creek in 2013.

Recently voted “Best Pizza of 2012” by San Francisco Weekly and “Best Pizza” as part of the Best of Palo Alto annual roundup, Patxi’s Pizza was also ranked No. 32 on the Inc. 5000’s annual list of fastest growing Food & Beverage Companies in 2012. Patxi’s Pizza ranked 1,161 overall, making it in the top 25 percent of top growth businesses this year.

Patxi’s Pizza offers authentic Chicago-style and Italian pizza with a myriad of fresh toppings, two styles of dough, four styles of mozzarella, and more than 30 different meat and veggie toppings, with ingredients sourced locally when possible. Guests can also enjoy fresh salads, appetizers, and beverages including beer and wine at all locations.
