Made in America, the ProVection Oven features the power of a full-size oven, advanced features, and solid steel construction that will stand up to the test of a high demand kitchen.
The 36-inch ProVection Oven challenges commercial ovens with impressive horse power, a two-speed motor, five rack positions, and the ability to be stacked up to three units high. The ProVection Oven is equipped with a highly sensitive Ametek thermostat control system, tempered glass doors, full porcelain interior, and three double nickel-plated oven racks with removable guide assembly.
Imperial’s ProVection electric unit comes with a low-watt density element, which increases the product’s lifespan; a gas unit is also available with in-shot burners for increased heat exchange. Additional features include two HID oven interior lights with momentary switch, stainless steel oven door handles, and a convenient cool down mode.
