For five years, chefs across the country have spread the word about Idaho potato popularity, profitability, and infinite versatility in the Idaho Potato Commission “Passionate About Potatoes” ad series. For 2016, the series features seven new chefs, seven exciting new potato menu concepts, and a bold new look. And now, these signature recipes are collected in a “Passionate About Potatoes” recipe card set.
Chef and restaurant contributors include Julianne Ratliff (Macy’s), Caroline Perini (Easy Slider Food Truck), Beverly Kim and Johnny Clark (Parachute), Kathleen Blake (The Rusty Spoon), Ina Pinkney (Ina’s), Donna Wyllie (Cañonita), and Ivy Stark (Dos Caminos Restaurants). Potatoes Relleno, Idaho Baked Potato Bing Bread, The Meat ‘n Idaho Potato Easy Slider, and Perfect Idaho Potato Pancakes are among the innovative recipe ideas.
