The family behind Fabulous Freddies Italian Eatery announced the formation of Tria Sorelle Group. The group, whose name is loosely translated as "Three Sisters," provides a platform for second-generation owners Christie, Stephanie, and Brittany Bertucci to spread their culinary wings into the catering and event arena.
The sisters have honed their culinary and planning skills at numerous events in the newly renovated second-floor space above the restaurant, which laid the foundation for Tria Sorelle.
"We are proud of the business that our mom and dad built," Stephanie Bertucci says. "Our loyal kitchen crew will be serving the same great food that made Fabulous Freddies famous. Tria Sorelle continues our family's tradition of serving real food and making real connections through an expanded catering menu and beautifully orchestrated events. Fabulous Freddies will continue to provide catering services featuring signature items from the restaurant's menu."
The Bertucci sisters announced their new catering menus, and their full-service event planning services and facility. The cuisine honors the family tradition of using only the finest ingredients prepared with love and attention to detail.
Highlights of the catering menu include: Sundried Tomato and Goat Cheese Crostini, Chicken Caesar Wrap Bites, Eggplant Caprese, Antipasto Salad, Fettuccine Alfredo,Eggplant Parmesan, Chicken Limone, Roasted Pork Tenderloin, and Filet Mignon.
