IACP Culinary Expo in San Francisco April 7


Registration is now open for this year’s Culinary Expo event at the International Association of Culinary Professional’s Annual Conference in San Francisco. This year’s conference theme is “Dirt to Digital: Real Food in a Virtual World.” The conference will showcase local artisanal purveyors in the Taste of the Bay pavilion. Attendees of the expo include food and travel writers, food bloggers, editors and publishers, cookbook authors, chefs, restaurateurs, food photographers and stylists, culinary schoolteachers, publicists, and TV personalities.

The Culinary Expo is on Sunday, April 7 at The Concourse at the SFDesign Center and will be held in conjunction with the expanded Book & Blog Festival. Registration is now open and is quick, simple, and online. Space is limited, so we encourage you to sign up quickly. Please be aware that an IACP membership will allow you to enjoy the discounts offered accordingly. You can check here for membership options.
