Gaining access to third-party delivery customer data is something restaurant owners have been asking for. The wait is over.  hungr, a nationwide online ordering and food delivery service, launched Insights, a new tool enabling restaurants to access valuable customer data.

Especially pertinent during this time when many restaurants are struggling to stay afloat, Insights is an industry-changing tool that provides granular information which will assist restaurants in making informed operations and marketing decisions.

The Insights tool is very intuitive. A visual map indicates where a restaurant’s orders are originating from and delivered — and users can filter by neighborhood, order frequency, food type, order value, and more. The delivery data can also be shared with food suppliers to enhance menu optimization, and determine which products travel well.

To make the most of their data, restaurants can use hungr’s existing Concierge Plus service where hungr experts analyze the data, then create integrated marketing campaigns to reach target customers through a mix of social, digital and print options.
