Houlihan’s is constantly innovating and the Test Kitchen project is a way for their chefs to continue experimenting with culinary ideas. Their latest venture is the new fall menu that launched October 30. The limited-time only offering features four different “bowls” ranging from comfort food to meatless fare.

Bowls have been trending since last year and even Prince Harry and Meghan Markle hosted a bowl-themed dinner for their 2018 nuptials. Based on the notoriety of the trend and exceptional guest feedback at test kitchens, Houlihan’s now offers these “scratch kitchen” bowls.
