HotSchedules Names Nikki Hall Chief Human Resources Officer

In this role, Ms. Hall will lead employee acquisition and development, and oversee the strategic link between HotSchedules’ talent and the Company’s overall corporate growth.  She will report directly to president and chief executive officer, Mike Arenth.

With over 25 years of human resources experience, Ms. Hall’s professional expertise includes talent acquisition, training, employee engagement and management – all core to HotSchedules’ culture and its leadership position in the restaurant and hospitality industries.  Building a winning team has led HotSchedules to serve over 2 million users in 130,000 locations across 26 countries.

Prior to joining HotSchedules, Ms. Hall most recently served as chief human resources officer at TwentyEighty, where she oversaw the start-up and management of strategic HR functions for the organization, including through its acquisitions of eight training companies in 12 months. Prior to that, she ran her own boutique merger and acquisition integration consulting company, Xceleration Partners, as well as serving as global CHRO for SHL/PreVisor.
