Hopdoddy Burger Bar, known for its wide variety of high-quality burgers, fresh baked buns, local craft beer and hand cut Kennebec fries, will open its first location in Bryan-College Station on Monday, July 31, adjacent to Texas A&M University in Century Square.
The new location will have the same popular menu featuring burgers made with a variety of freshly ground proteins like American grass-fed Kobe beef, bison, turkey and sushi-grade tuna. Menu highlights include the Buffalo Bill made with bison, apple-smoked bacon, blue jack cheese, Frank’s hot sauce and the burger bar’s signature sassy sauce; and the Primetime featuring an American grass-fed Kobe Beef patty topped with brie cheese, arugula, caramelized onions, truffle aioli and steak sauce.
Hopdoddy will also bring the popular Impossible Burger to Bryan-College Station. The Impossible Burger is the world’s only burger that looks, handles, smells, cooks and tastes like ground beef, but is made entirely from plants. Hopdoddy partnered with Impossible Foods in June to introduce their take on the Impossible Burger, which features the Impossible Foods patty, Tillamook cheddar, green leaf lettuce, white onion, tomatoes and sassy sauce on a brioche bun, across the state of Texas and is proud roll the burger out in Bryan-College Station.
Additionally, Hopdoddy is honored to support the local non-profit, Millican Alliance, through its Goodnight for a Good Cause program, which donates $1 of each Goodnight Burger to the organization. The Millican Alliance is dedicated to building a healthy community around nature. The alliance supports community growth with a focus on celebrating and preserving the native flora and fauna found in the Brazos County landscape, and encourages children and adults to spend more time outdoors by providing resources and education focused on wildlife conservation, local agriculture, recreation, and the arts.
