Hooters announced a new partnership with Franklin Junction, the restaurant e-commerce solution known for its proprietary Host Kitchen model. Hooters will serve as one of Franklin Junction’s first dual partners –– entering new markets as a Cloud Concept via the Host Kitchen network, while bolstering its own same-store sales by hosting other established brands for delivery.

“As we continue to pioneer what it means to be a restaurant in the digital age, we see this partnership as a way to simultaneously expand our geographic footprint and add even more value to our franchises via increased off-premise sales,” says Marc Butler, Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning / Off Premise, Hooters of America. “At Hooters, high-quality food and customer service have always been central to our success. Having a trusted partner like Franklin Junction gives us peace of mind that their expansion of the Hooters brand shares our values and will yield success.”

Franklin Junction’s Host Kitchen roll out on behalf of Hooters will commence with an inaugural digital storefront in Rogers, Arkansas followed by dozens more to complete the restaurant chain’s nationwide launch. Franklin Junction’s Host Kitchen experts will provide the supply chain support, crew training, marketing, and quality controls necessary to replicate an authentic Hooters experience for nearby diners. Each item will be made to the same specifications and procedures using the same exact ingredients that are found in any brick-and-mortar Hooters location –– maintaining the spirit and authenticity in every dish.

“We are thrilled to partner with Hooters given the company’s incredibly strong brand equity and industry recognition for creating legendary menu items with craveable flavors,” says Franklin Junction co-founder and CEO, Rishi Nigam. “Our first location in Rogers, Arkansas, is one of many Hooters rollouts in the near future, and we look forward to Hooters brick- and-mortar locations joining our platform as hosts to further drive the benefit of this new partnership.”

Franklin Junction’s dual partnership capabilities speaks to its evolution as it builds a backbone of restaurant e-commerce and continues to bring the most craveable, emerging restaurant brands to diners worldwide.
