The Homer Laughlin China Company expanded their popular Brownfield line, introduced last year, from 13 to 23 pieces. The Brownfield collection has an inviting, curvy coupe shape and a variably applied, peppery-speckled glaze that evokes the renaissance of the urban maker, and is available in pewter or cobblestone color.

New accessories include a variety of bowls, platters, and ramekins to complement the existing line, which includes a sturdy, functional, and aesthetically appealing selection of plates, mugs and saucers, pasta and salad plates, and soup bowls. Since its introduction last year, Brownfield has become a top choice for establishments looking to bring creative cuisine, innovative plating, and an authentic feel to every dish.

“Brownfield has proven to be very popular, so we decided to extend the line with 10 additional pieces,” says Katie Bricker, foodservice and general marketing manager for HLC. “With the multiple additional accessory items, Brownfield can do full-service duty on its own in a single color, mixed and matched using both colors, or added in as attractive accents to complement a restaurant’s existing ware.”

Brownfield is fired on a strong ivory body base and designed with HLC’s dedication to quality, part of its made-in-the-USA promise. It offers a better resistance to chipping and cracking and takes stacking like a pro, which translates into long-term durability and cost savings.  Whether you’re a farm-to-table bistro or a bustling neighborhood café, Brownfield serves all facets of your business well.
