- 2 ounce Hennessy infused with dried apricot
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Creme de peche
- 1/4 ounce simple
- Dash lemon bitters
The Hennessy XO dried apricot sidecar was one of the favored drinks from the Hennessy events. Mixologist Jordan Bushel served up the cocktails July 18 at Tales of the Cocktails festival in New Orleans.
Combine all ingredients in shaker, mix well. Serve in coupette.
