Parker Restaurant Group, a Chicago-based hospitality brand behind innovative concepts The Hampton Social, Bassment and Mahalo, is set to open its second location of the highly sought-after Hampton Social at the Burr Ridge Village Center in Burr Ridge, Illinois, on November 20.

The new 9,000-square-foot location will emulate design and culinary elements to that of the River North location with quintessential beach décor, curated cocktails and signature seafood dishes, all helmed by new corporate chef, Ivy Stark. Chef Stark joined Parker Restaurant Group in July after a longstanding tenure overseeing concepts at one of New York City’s top restaurant groups, BR Guest (Bill’s Bar and Burger; Wildwood BBQ) where she was the corporate executive chef. In addition, she served as the developer and culinary director of notable Mexican restaurant, Dos Caminos. Stark has already made her mark on Hampton Social by implementing an array of new menu favorites, including Seafood Pot Pie, Butternut Squash Stuffed Gnocchi, New England Baked Cod and more.
Parker Restaurant Group is operated by established entrepreneur and founder, Brad Parker and known for its highly successful concepts. With Hampton Social at the forefront, each restaurant boasts exceptional beverage and culinary programs all while transporting guests to another time and place. The Hampton Social Burr Ridge will mark the first of several new locations for the brand, with another opening in early 2018 in Streeterville.
